A: I am available for web hosting and web design in all states, and I can provide remote support assistance for all states. But I cannot provide hands on support for anywhere except in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Tx area.

Q: I have an existing site hosted by someone else, can you manage my site content for me?

A: Because site content management can be complicated, GBtechservices prefers to manage content for customers who host through us.

Business IT Support Questions:

Q: Can you provide service after hours?

A: The best time for me to render my services is during the evening after 5:00 pm. This prevents any interruptions in your business, as many of my services may bring your IT resources to a halt during maintenance.

Q: Does GBtechservices provide weekly maintenance support?

A: Yes.

Q: How long does it take to re-install an Operating System?

A: This can vary, depending on the speed of the system, and how much data needs to be backed up and/or recovered. We can normally answer this question better once we understand what is exactly involved for each customer.

Q: I need my O/S re-installed, and I have data I do not want to loose, will you back it up first?
